Refund policy

Crown Vintage does not offer refunds for change of mind. However, at our discretion, we may provide a refund if the watch remains unworn, and is in the exact condition as when it was delivered, minus a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. If a refund is approved, the funds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

The buyer assumes all responsibility when returning an item and will bear the cost of any shipping and insurance costs.

In the event of lost or stolen packages, refunds will only be processed after the insurance claim has been approved and paid. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs duties, or fees applicable in the destination country.

We recommend buyers to carefully review the product information, contact us for any product enquiries, and if in Sydney, to view the item at our Sydney CBD office by appointment only, prior to making a purchase.
